(Cambridge, MA): Yesterday, Hungry Fish Media, LLC became a Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited Business.  Hungry Fish Media was founded in 2009 by two Harvard University graduates to take advantage of the paradigm shift in product advertising introduced by the digital channel.  As a digital direct response company, Hungry Fish builds brands in the health & beauty space and utilizes a wholly online direct response campaign to catalyze its brands.  In addition to in-house product development, the Company specializes in media buying, search engine optimization, online reputation management, brand development, web design and analytics and digital marketing consulting services.  

Hungry Fish Media’s accreditation from the Better Business Bureau means, among other qualifications, that the Company meets the BBB Standards for Trust. These eight principles stipulate that the company will build trust in the marketplace, advertise honestly, tell the truth in representing products and services, be transparent and make necessary disclosures, honor promises, be responsive to marketplace disputes, safeguard the privacy of customers and collected data, and embody integrity in all business dealings.

Also involved in the accreditation is the determination that the business meets other BBB accreditation standards, including a commitment to working hard to address customer concerns, and to supporting BBB public services and mission. Despite limited operating history, Hungry Fish’s commitment to customer service and compliance has earned an A- rating from the BBB.
